[sumo] Problem getting bilingual broadcast of sumo

Hi Listers, 

Need help getting audio in English for sumo broadcasts.  Recently moved to Minneapolis and my old (west coast) formula doesn’t work here.  Comcast can’t figure it out either.

Any suggestions?
