Mongolian Tamawashi (36) is applying for Japanese citizenship. "I feel I
want to give back. Still, it's a long way to go. In the meantime I shall be
polishing up on my sumo," he said. He intends to stay on as an Oyakata
after he retires and he needs that citizenship to do that.
