Emmett,

I saw discussion  on one of the YouTube channels that Takakeisho could be
promoted with a solid championship in July but others said he probably
would not be promoted with just a jun-yusho followed by a yusho as the YDC
would take into account that he was kadoban just recently.  I don't know
one way or the other, but the YDC is always looking for another Japanese
yokozuna.  If Takakeisho goes zensho he might get it, especially if
Hakuho is still around at the end.  Kisenosato was promoted after
jun-yusho, yusho and that was his first Emperor's Cup.  At least Takakeisho
would win his second.
