Maezumo, where the new recruits face each other to determine their banzuke
rank for May, will not be held this time due to the virus. The physical
check ups for the newbies will be postponed till after the basho as well.
The ranks for May will be determined by random order. Qualifiers to enter
at  the Sandanme tsukedashi special rank will be fighting in Haru, as they
will be ranked on the Haru banzuke, while those doing mae-zumo will not.
The basho will happen in Osaka as planned , unless something drastic
happens. The guys will travel to Osaka on March 4th.
