[sumo] Sumo: Former yokozuna Hakuho penalized over prote…

I have heard reports that the former Yokozuna had not yet taken over as
coach Miyagino at the time of these incidents and was not living at the
stable either.  However, since the former stable master has retired and
cannot be disciplined the current stable master has to take the fall.
There are frequent stories that many of the other sumo elders do not like
the former Hakuho and that certainly factored in the punishment.
