There are two 5-1 rikishi not from the same heya remaining in jonokuchi.  Rather than pair 5-1 Kyukukaiyu with the other jonokuchi 5-1 Chiyodaigo, the torkicumi makers instead pair them both against 5-1 JONIDAN wrestlers.  Does anyone know why?
