Today Kadoban Ozeki Kirishima took part in the Tokitsukaze Ichimon rengo
keiko held at the Kokugikan training institute and was 23-2.  6-2 against
Daieishou and never lost another match.. 7-0 against Wakamotoharu, 3-0
against Shounannoumi,  2-0 against Nishikigi and Shoudai, and 1-0 against
Tokihayate, Ryuuden and Juryo Kagayaki. The neck pain seems to have
subsided. "I'm glad the pain is less and I'm able to hit hard, but I'm
still not hitting as hard as I can.. I'll gradually get back to doing
that," he announced. "Tomorrow, 30 bouts!" he promised.
