NHK has been very active in issuing copyright strikes on YouTube channels
that rebroadcast the daily live sumo broadcast.  With finding legal ways to
watch the complete match card difficult or expensive, some of these
channels have been the go-to for foreign fans.  There has been much
discussion on the YouTube comments about how neither NHK nor the JSA care
much about the foreign fans.

Chris, isn?t it $25 a month?  That?s what I pay for my cell phone.  I
assume you can cancel for the months when sumo is not on.  We had to do
away with cable as the costs kept going up so that ruled out the expensive
TV Japan channel.
