Government watchdog group warns of open source expense

You might not think that Citizens Against Government Waste would be
playing up the cost benefits of proprietary software for use by
government, but the nonpartisan, nonprofit organization did just that
with a recent press release.

[There's a _lot_ of things I could say about this but I'll boil it down
to one...  The points they make are not unreasonable but they are not
working with all the facts and therefor have come up with a conclusion
that is not quite representative of the reality of open source
