Human factors are primary security concerns

Its proponents often attribute open source software's increased security
to the fact that open source is, well, open -- the more people that view
the code, the more likely it is that security risks will be found. But
security is only as good as the processes behind it, and from a business
perspective, what should be on every security manager's mind is how to
make open source more secure.
